BVCHC has purchased the property at 210 Main Street, Pawtucket which consists of the former Sovereign Bank building, a large parking lot and the Boy & Girls Club building.
PHASE ONE: Blackstone Valley Community Health Care expansion progam is underway. The new and expanded Dental department is under construction in the bank building. The facility will include an Electronic Dental Record and Digital Radiology supported in part by a grant from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of RI. The design includes facilities and equipment for dental subspeciality services. The department will open in the Summer of 2007. COMPLETED -OPENED AUGUST 27, 2007
PHASE TWO: The construction of a new John Cunningham, MD Health Clinic to replace the aging facility currently located at 42 Park Place in Pawtucket. The new clinic will be built on the parking lot adjacent to the dental department. Construction is scheduled for 2007.
PHASE THREE: The future utilization of the old Pawtucket Boys and Girls Club building for education, wellness and community programs.

Family Practice Physician or Meds/Peds Physician
Family Practice Physician and/or Meds/ Peds Physician for an ambulatory setting. BC/BE . New Medical facility being constructed. State of the art technology, electronic practice management system, electronic medical records and e-prescribing.
Nurse - RN/LPN
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full time, busy health center. Duties consist of patient processing, telephone and walk-in triage and patient follow-up. Administration of medications to pediatric and adult patients. Scheduled Nurse visits with chronic disease patients. Sterilization of equipment and quality controls within the department. Assessing walk-in patients. Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
Customer focused hands on Manager with day to day responsibilities including: A/P, A/R, in-house payroll, general ledger maintenance, monthly reconciliations, and monthly closing through financial statement preparation. Candidate should have experience with inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Applicants should have 4 year Accounting degree, 5 years field experience with minimum 3 years in supervisory capacity.
